Silver Eye 2018 Benefit Auction

The 2018 Benefit Auction supports Silver Eye's exhibitions and educational programing. The Benefit Auction features an full spectrum of work by contemporary artists, ranging from prominent mid-career and established photographers, to emerging photographic talent. Our contemporary selections are complemented by excellent examples of vintage and historical photographs. The Auction Preview Exhibition gives Auction-goers and the public alike a chance to see the lots that will be up for bid at our Benefit Auction. 

An Opening Reception for the Auction Preview Exhibition took place on Saturday, April 28th, 2018, with wine, beer, soft drinks, and hors d'oeuvres by Black Radish Kitchen.

Silver Eye presents a video screening event dedicated to the topic of collections and collecting

What To Buy and Why / Saturday May 5th, 2pm & Tuesday, May 15th, 6:30pm

Silver Eye staff share their favorite Auction prints and answer questions about purchasing and collecting photographs
